Worked with Sydney Trains OD and business stakeholders to design the leadership program; provided advice on TfNSW leadership programs to inform design decisions and worked collaboratively to tailor the training to meet business and OD outcomes.

Support the reforms to the NSW Cabinet process and drive best practice in the protection of Cabinet information by designing an online training module in Cabinet confidentiality. Ensure the module is contextualised for staff across NSW government sector and can be deployed on a range of systems.
Researched jurisdictional documentation to identify key themes and requirements to maintaining Cabinet confidentiality. Reconciled research and contextualised the themes and requirements through use of focus groups. Developed storyboard, animations, narration and functional representation of the training, allowing stakeholders to interact with the product prior to production. Conducted User Testing and prepared the module for upload to the Department of Premier and Cabinet's content management system.
The module was delivered within the tight timeframes and highly evaluated (average of 4.5 out of 5) by the user group and stakeholders.
